The 500mm F11 Cassegrain seen from north in the dome. Parked and ready for the night.

The view from south. The main telescope is equipped with an STL11K CCD camera, as is the piggybacked 18cm f10 Maksutov-Cassegrain. A Moravian C3-61000 CMOS camera has been ordered.

Cassegrain 500mm aligned towards the zenith. The next two images are from a surveillance camera in the dome. There are 8 surveillance cameras in the dome to provide a view from every angle, preventing damage to the equipment or unwanted positioning of the telescope. Some are also outside to check the weather conditions.

The mount K100 can support well over 150kg. The weight is about 250kg, the equipment about 120kg, and the counterweights 140kg. It is a friction wheel mount with stepper motors and a Pulsar2 controller.

The automatic telescopic covers are being opened.
